Inquiry, Questionnaire, Contract
Ready to book? Send me an inquiry through my Contact Page! From there, I will receive your request and send you a quick questionnaire to learn more about you and your brand/business. Finally, I will send you a contract and payment link.
Preparation and Planning
Strategy Call + Mood Board
After receiving the initial payment on the 1st, we will have a brand strategy call to discuss your vision, any new item/launches within the first week of the month to prepare. A mood board will also need to be submitted to keep us on the same page.
Session + Delivery
Let’s get to work!
I will arrive about 20 minutes early to set up and make sure everything is perfect! After your session, I will return your finished photos in a gallery within 5-10 days (depending on membership) and you will make your selections within 5 days.

Extending your Commercial License
The Brand Essentials and Brand Growth Memberships include a Rolling Active Commercial License. What this means is that as long as your membership is active and current, you have a license to use the images. Once the membership is cancelled, terminated, etc, that license expires and you cannot use images I’ve created for any new posts, changes to your website, menu, etc. To purchase extra licensing, you can do so upon signing or when the contract expires/ is terminated.
Below are the monthly rates including a 3 year commercial license requested upon signing.

3 Year or In Perpetuity Extended License
If your contract was terminated early or expired and you would not like to renew, you can still opt in to pay for an extended 3 year commercial license to use the photos. In perpetuity commercial licenses are also available for purchase.
This buy out fee allows you to keep using the images I have created for three years. Once your license expires, you are prohibited from using the images in any new launches, promotions, marketing, etc. If you purchase an in perpetuity commercial license for the images, you can use them for an unlimited amount of time.

Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Yes, a three month minimum commitment is required for both memberships. This minimum commitment is required because it takes time to plan content and your brand’s visual strategy, see how well it does across platforms, and make adjustments. It also allows to build a cohesive library for the season, and for us both to see if the workflow works well between us.

What if I need to terminate my contract early?
If for any reason you need to terminate your contract after the minimum commitment (3 months), you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance on your contract.
For example:
You signed a one year contract with me for the Brand Growth Membership. It is now month six and you'd like to cancel, you would be charged $2,700 ($450x6) to terminate the contract.
If you booked your membership without adding additional time to your Commercial Usage License, you can keep any images that have already been published prior to cancellation, but you may not use any images in new campaigns, promotions, or other marketing as per your Rolling Active Commercial Usage License.
Do my monthly sessions roll over to the next month if I can’t schedule for the month?
Sessions do not roll over into the next month if you fail to schedule/prepare.

When are invoices due?
Invoices are due on the first of the month.
Please note that content will not be shot/delivered until payment is made in full.
Late Fee info
Invoices are due on the first of the month. A $50 late fee will be added to your invoice if not paid after the three day grace period.
In the case that the invoice remained unpaid after day five, all services under this membership including any upcoming sessions, content delivery, creative planning, will be suspended until the invoice (including the late fees) is paid in full.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Info
If you need to reschedule your session(s), they can only be rescheduled within the same month and are subject to my availability.
To reschedule your session, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a $35 fee will be applied to your invoice the following month.
One reschedule is available per session per month.
If you must cancel your session or sessions for the month, you are still required to pay the full membership rate for the month, no exceptions.
Post Production Info
I will edit the photos and videos in my preferred style as shown in my portfolio. Minor revisions can be made once, if more revisions need to be made, fees will apply.
Commercial Usage License info
A Rolling Active Commercial Usage License is included in all memberships. This means that you have the right to use my images to market your business/brand as long as your contract is active.
Once a contract expires or is cancelled, the Rolling Active license expires and you are unable to use any deliverables from that point on. Any deliverable that have been published to socials, web, etc are able to stay up.
If you’d like to purchase an extended license which includes a usage license for three years, this can be added to your monthly payments upon signing your contract, or if you cancel your contract but would like to have an extended license, that fee would equal 1.5x your monthly membership price. For example,
Agreed 3 Year License upon signing:
